Recent Event - ARTIMAS 2024
The students’ association of CSE (AI & ML) Department - PCCOE’s AiMSA along with PCCOE’s GFG Pccoe Student Chapter had organized a flagship event “ARTIMAS 2024” from 22nd February to 24th February 2024. It is an annual technical event with various activities. It help students to enhance their technical and non-technical skills.
The Events of ARTIMAS 2024 were:
1. HackMatrix (Hackathon).
2. Neurodrain (Quiz).
3. Adrenaline Rush (VR Gaming)
4. Among Us (in Real Life)
5. Houdini Heist (Escape the Room).

the students of CSE (AI & ML)

On February 24th 2024 , Mr. Sandeep Jain, Founder and CEO of
GeeksforGeeks, shared his
journey in building GFG. His inspiring tale of overcoming challenges
resonated with attendees.
The session ended with an engaging Q&A followed by Price
Distribution for the Events Conducted in ARTIMAS.
PCCOE’s GeeksforGeeks Student Chapter hosted a Hackathon named
Hack Matrix which was held on 17-18 February 2024 and 22-23
February 2024. The event was coordinated by Gautam Bhagat and Atharv
Powalkar as a part of their Annual Technical Event named ARTIMAS. The event
was organized with the aim to bring people with technical backgrounds
together for problem-solving and developing new ideas.

Higher studies Cell of department has conducted session on “MBA As
a career after Engineering” by TIMES Institutes for CSE (AI & ML)
Students on 16th Feb 2024.
PCCOE’s GFG Chapter of Department of CSE (AI & ML) successfully
conducted the Three90 Challenge Kiosk
on 24th January 2024The event aimed to promote upskilling through
GeeksforGeeks courses at a 90% discount.
Quiz questions were asked to participants and goodies were provided to the
participants and winners.
In this event participants actively collaborated, enhancing the event's
learning environment.
Higher studies Cell of department has conducted session on
“International Research Internships and Opportunities” by Dr.
Ujjwal Baid, P.hD, Assistant Research Professor at Indiana
University, USA ,
Also a session on “Placement and Higher study opportunities through GATE
and other competitive exam” by Mr. Paresh Gugale from

Team AIMSA (Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning Student’s
Association) of Department of CSE (AI & ML) successfully celebrated
Engineer’s day on 15th September 2023. On this occasion of Engineer’s
day , we have invited Dr. Abhijit Pawar, Director of Nucleus Diagnostics
and Medimap Healthcare as an esteemed guest in the field of
Radiology who gave us an informative talk on the use of “AI in
Radiology.”
Team AIMSA (Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning Student’s
Association) of Department of CSE (AI & ML) successfully conducted
an activity on “AI tools used in the industry and Chandrayan -3” on
the Engineer’s day 15th Sept 2023. Many teams from Institute has
participated in the activity.
Team AiMSA and GFG organized an event on 5th September
2023 in honor of Teacher's Day.
Teacher's Day celebration was a touching tribute to our educators, featuring
warm messages, a heartfelt video greeting, and a fun 'Guess
the Link' game. The highlight was a moving musical
performance, symbolizing the enduring bond between teachers and
students, showcasing their profound impact on our lives.
GeeksForGeeks Student Chapter of our college organized a highly
successful webinar on the topic of "Resume Building." The
distinguished speaker for the webinar was from GeeksforGeeks “Mr. Chirag
Vaishnav,” that took place on 16th September 2023 from 3:00 PM to
4:00 PM.
The Photography Cell of the AiMSA conducted a workshop on PixelPerfect on
25th August 2023 for the registered candidates. The speakers for this
workshop were the Photography Cell Incharges Anurag Karpe, Harshad Golve and
Tushar Mahajan
The Higher Studies Cell of the AiMSA conducted a session on 100%
scholarship to study abroad by Mr. Subhash Pol ,Business Development
Manager at Edwise International on 17th August 2023

PCCOE AiMSA, hosted an AI-based hackathon named "Hack Matrix"
coordinated by
Atharva Joshi, Parth Halwane and Prathmesh Kolekar as part of their Annual
Technical Event
named "ARTIMAS" . The hackathon comprised two rounds, the first being online
and the
second being offline. Participation was accepted in Teams (3-4 members per
team). The
objective of the hackathon was to create a chatbot which could perform basic
tasks like
answering questions by Round 1 and then advanced tasks like text detection
by Round 2.

challenging escape room challenge called "Houdini Heist", coordinated

Piyush Agarwal,
Shubham Singh, and Parth Singhal, where teams of three participated in
multiple rounds,
including an aptitude test and a buzzer round called "Guess the Link,"
before being locked in
three separate rooms simultaneously for the final round, where they had to
work together to find
clues, solve some puzzles and riddles and escape within an hour to win.

Expert session on “CPR Training” for S.Y.B.Tech students on 12th April
2023 in
association with Lions club, under Life Skills Course activity . All the
students enthusiastically participated
in the session. They elaborated to students on CPR Guidelines, Actions and
Precautions to be
taken while giving CPR, Demo and Practice given on a dummy Body, many other
topics related
to essential life saving Activities. The session and live demo was really useful
for the students.
The session was conducted by Dr Sonali Vazarkar, M.B.B.S ,D.A. F.C.P.S
anaesthesia, Private practising anaesthesiologist and by Dr Madhuri Ingole,
Freelancer anaesthetist, also attached to Niramay hospital as a consultant.

Expert session on “Organic Farming” for S.Y.B.Tech students on 21st
April, 2023 in association with Lions club, under life skill event . The session
was delivered by Mr Ganesh Bora, Software Engineer, Director at Rotary club of
Walhekarwadi.
All the students enthusiastically participated in the session. He elaborated to
students on Compost fertilizer, Procedure to
Prepare Compost and Benefits after using Compost, Global Warming many other
topics related
to essential Soil conservation.
The department has successfully conducted "Tree plantation" activity
under Life Skills course on 30th March 2023.
